Plant equipment

IWT supplies the plant in one or more finish-mounted units. After being put on a concrete floor and connected to electricity and water, the plant is operational.

Often the plant is ready for operation a few hours after delivery.

Our delivery includes commissioning, taking into operation and instruction of plant operators.

The standard plants have a diameter of 2.000 mm for packs of wood up to 1,20 m wide and 1,50 m high (including 8-10 mm stickers).

Usable lengths 5.000 mm, 6.000 mm or 12.000 mm.

Annual capacities from 1,500 m3 and higher.

The investment in your Hydro-Thermal treatment plant from IWT starts at 250,000 Euro for an annual capacity of 1,500+ m3.

The cost includes a thermal oil boiler, delivery and taking into operation.

Less expensive plants are also available – with vacuum but then without high vapour pressure and its advantages.
